INNOVATIVE MARKETING LIMITED was established in 2005 as a Cosmetics trading company in Nigeria. For 15 years the company was a leader in marketing and sales of cosmetics products with leading American brands such as MILANI, BH COSMETICS, DR. TEALS , ABSOLUTE NEW YORK, and French brands SPPC Paris Bleu Perfumes.
As a leader in sales of cosmetics products, the management of INNOVATIVE MARKETING LIMITED discovered the consistent use and demand for Organic Shea Butter products in cosmetics, therefore the company decided to venture into Shea Butter production for domestic consumption and export. The initial production was used to satisfy the local market, but after recording great success, the company decided to start exporting to meet international demand.
The Managing Director, Tolu Mabawonku comes from a long line of Agriculturist. His grandfather was a great farmer of Kola, Palm and Shea Nuts. His Father was a leading Professor of Agricultural Economics and Extension, University of Ibadan from where Tolu also graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Agricultural Sciences.
With more than 20 years experience in the Cosmetics industry and 100 years historical experience in Agricultural Extension services, the management of INNOVATIVE MARKETING LIMITED is able to source the best products professionally and create a sustainable value chain from rural areas to urban cities where the natural beauty of Shea butter and other Shea products can be enjoyed.
